I was introduced to the Warhammer game by my nana as a young kid painting Lord of the Rings models via a magazine! Naturally when I grew older and could afford more models, I got back into the hobby.

From there I began my painting journey and wanted to get better and better. I found painting to be a creative outlet but also really like thinking of a scheme and bringing the colours life. As a person who practices continual improvement, I got decent and thought why not help others to bring their army designs to life. So Pear Tree Commission Painting was created.

Pear tree is a fun play on words that has stuck with my wife since we got together and made sense to continue that. Naturally, it is a fun name for a painting studio and one I hope you remember.
